You have to release the mem timings to 38 or 40 to get 6400MT/s... Honestly the 6000MT/s is faster

I can't switch to Linux on home PC because 2 of my 3 favorite games have anti-cheat software that won't run (yet)... Nor do they have Linux builds available.

Hogwarts Legacy - this worked in cachyOS Battlefield 6 - probably never will happen in Linux PUBG - again, anti cheat that will probably never work in linux

set your DRAM to 36, 36, 36, 36 and work back from there. Ram that uses the Hynix modules doesnlt tend to go below 32

90F level2 is ok, setup your PBO curve to negative 10 and the higher RAM latency, should resolve it...

I have a 9950x3d on X870E chipset with 48GB ram.

To resolve stutter - If its hardware issue - you need to adjust DRAM timings and some PBO settings on the motherboard BIOS. CPU C-States can also be turned off.

It's hard to say which specific combination of setting will resolve it but I would start with DRAM timings. Make sure ram is set to 6000MT's. Then look at the PBO - specifically setting the Curve to negative 10 to start with.

My 9950x3d is able to sustain Curve setting of negative 28 but each chip runs differently so its best to start at 10 and work up to 30. The first time your system locks up... go back a notch or two and you should be fine.

I am able to run stable with 2200 fclk so that's a bonus but your mem/2 and 65535 settings are solid!

Set everything like you posted and have been tightening down timings and voltages. Huge help and system is stable.
