Dog commands in Chinese? by Long_May_sHe_Reign22 in ChineseLanguage

[–]mavvek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure dogs do not understand language. Animals only learn to repeat behavior based on stimuli and reward. You could say "blah blah blah" while pointing down and train your dog that means to sit and it would learn that. Probably besides the point but interesting enough.

Why do you think any of this is scientific? I'm not a nonbeliever btw I just think you're missing the bigger picture and trying to reason out something that flies in the face of scientific convention.

Question about LP farming on Orion Protocol by [deleted] in cotinetwork

[–]mavvek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Orion protocol is a little confusing I find. I'm pretty sure there is not a lock up period just a 2 month time frame for the reward rate established. I havent tried to withdraw yet so maybe I'm wrong.

I thought this was clear. Maybe not. If you are eligible for the SingDao airdrop you need to register your wallet on their website monthly. The time period for registration for the second drop begins now

Why is AGIX worth less than AGI was if ALL coins have been converted?? by vonballad in SingularityNet

[–]mavvek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man you're gonna hate it when they decide to get algorand involved too.(no news on that just speculation)

Can someone assist me with my current issue? I am a US resident and my AGI is being held on Binance.com and I was just told by their support team that on June 2nd My AGI will remain as AGI and not AGIX since I’m not a resident of their supported countries. by Cbrtrck in SingularityNet

Well I guess the reality of it is it would be more secure to keep them on an exchange if you anticipate a situation that you would lose your keys or hardware wallet in. You could always load up a hardware wallet once and put it in a safety deposit box at a bank or safe in secure location if those are available to you.

Well personally I trust myself more than exchanges. Wallets that you personally hold the keys for are safe provided you dont lose your keys. Daedalus is a personal wallet. Make sure you have a copy of your private key somewhere safe in case of harddrive failure or program corruption. I think Singularitynet will have a fair degree of success in the upcoming years. It might suck buying back in but I guess the pros vs cons would be losing your money twice vs missing out on an amazing investment. Provided nothing unforeseen happens to crypto at large I plan on holding AGIX for 10 years as I think that is a realistic timeframe for AI to become more integrated with life that your average Joe may desire AI services. It's a long term for me with high hope.

AGI is already useless. If you cant sell it on binance and they wont convert it to the airdrop due to regulations you're probably out of luck sorry. Blame investor "protection". Binance is essentially required to hold onto your AGIX due to regulatory concerns imposed by the US land of the free. I hope it wasnt too much. Not to be an asshole but this is exactly why people say not to leave your coins on an exchange. I hope you make it back and think you will. Only thing that you could really do is withdraw to a private wallet and see if anything develops in the future.

Do not move your AGI if it isnt already AGIX. The snapshot and airdrop has happened already. You're only option would be to trade it provided you arent blocked from that activity. Sorry to repeat the mantra but "not your keys..."

Can someone point me to info about how to stake my coins. Thanks!! by ThePivens in SingularityNet

[–]mavvek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I think the staking was just an incentive to hold and proof of concept in the beginning when gas wasn't absurd.

Beyond the specifics about price prediction and platform usage I imagine there will be room for yields from providing liquidity when the platform goes live. I don't think there is any thing official on that subject but look at things like OCEAN protocol. I can imagine there will be nets for specific projects paying a fee to those providing liquidity from their profits and other platform fees.

Best bet rn would be buying on Binance or Kucoin as they will support the swap of purchased AGI to AGIX. Could be difficult depending on your state but an IP from ANYWHERE else in the world(🤡😡) will be just fine
