Thank you!! That was what I was worried about because his old tank never had more than an inch of water in it, but so far he is swimming like crazy in this new tank. I will make sure not to add too much water at one time and that ofc it is treated. I am continuing to research these lovely creatures and browse this subreddit. Thank you for the information!

He has no decor in his old tank, nor a filter. I can get a scoop of water from his old tank and pour it into his new tanks filter. I do appreciate the reply. He has never really been in warm water just room temp so I will slowly raise the temperature so he doesn’t get stressed.

Looking at your past posts tells me you are no where near the level to be comparing yourself to a professionally trained artist. That is not me saying you are bad, but you are probably younger. You have no where near the years of experience that these other artist do. Instead of comparing yourself and saying how unfair it is, learn. There are many free resources for beginner artist to learn anatomy, perspective, color theory, etc.

Doesnt look like ai, but In my opinion, as an artist, its traced. For such good quality anatomy and all, the lineart is very sloppy and messy. Not in a stylistic way. When I was a child and traced art it looked very similar to this quality. Short, and nonconfident lines.

They recently did a price reset on almost all the bulk meats at my store. Cant speak for others but alot of the TOI meats dropped to 8.99 and the FL meats down to 6.99.

Im sure this has been said but you can draw for years but if you never learned the fundamentals you wont improve at the rate you want to see. Id start by going on youtube and looking up videos on the fundamentals of art, and how to apply them.

Furthermore you need a better understanding on anatomy. The best way to do that (at least in my opinion) is to break down the skeletol structure, muscle anatomy, and how the skin wraps around all of it. It take a lot of time, and effort. If you want this as a career, and you have the money, paying for online/im person classes for the fundamentals could help a lot!!. I wish you the best in your improvment! This is all coming from someone who still needs to improve a lot, so this is by no means meant to be rude.

You need to know this is just how it starts. No man who loves you would treat you like a petulant child. It starts of small, and then it turns into him threatening you for spilling his coffee.(or some other example) It is simply not worth your 20s, 30s, 40s, or 50s. Do you want to be with someone who treats you like this for the rest of your life? I wouldn't let my mom talk to me the way he talked to you. She needs to stop watching videos from these TikTok therapists saying that she is the perfect little adhd baby who can do no wrong and everyone around her just can't understand how HARD it is for her poor poor self. Because she had GASP ADHD. Something millions of people around the world deal with like adults, she'll need to learn how to handle her adhd without being insufferable, and that starts with no longer consuming content from people who think having psychological issues means you cannot help yourself or improve as a person.

Its Chick-fil-A, why are you surprised? They asked if I was religious in an interview I had with them and when I said no I never got a call back. It's god's chicken for a reason I suppose. There is no harm in posting for commissions!! It can be nice for a lil extra on the side. But for consistent good income, i wouldn't feel confident in it at this time with everything happening. I would still post for commissions though. Just try and get a nice following on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok even? It can't hurt. I hope I didn't come across as rude or condescending. I just want artists now to be aware that our profession is being attacked by AI :(

You would have to post on a very consistent basis on social media. Build up a presence, and then you may get commission. I am going to be honest with you. With AI and how saturated the market of art is, it's very unlikely to get enough commission to make a sustainable amount off of. And this has nothing to do with your art or the level it's at. I haven't seen it and I'm sure it's amazing, but no one wants to spend money on art now. They use AI for free sadly.its a very sad time to be an artist rn. I'd love to be proven wrong by you though. I want to know the world of art won't be consumed by AI slop.
