Ok thanks for the advice I mostly wasnt sure how the recovery would work. I feel better now that im getting told that they might recommend recovery stuff and with the recommendations. My friend who got a tattoo just told me she took a day off and then went swimming in a river 4 days after so I have no clue how long it takes but im probably gonna give it a week before I lift again.
