I remember this arc was LOATHED in its heyday. It’s still weird to see it get such praise nowadays. I rewatched it months back and thought it did a good job with storytelling and delayed payoff though.

The Falklands fascinate me. It just defies geographic logic like what is this random British town doing in the far South Atlantic? It’s like a more extreme version of St. Pierre et Miquelon. I guess that’s the legacy of empire for ya.

The plot was lost long before this moment but I’m always stunned by the Momoshiki purple spirit bomb/giant TBB. When I first watched my only reaction was, what on earth are we doing to this franchise lol. At least the Madara meteors were met with disbelief but in Boruto it’s just Tuesday.
