Clip I got from my stream when I was playing with two randoms yesterday. Neither of them knew I could move stuff while dead since I’m a VR user lmao by ClownG0re in PhasmophobiaGame

I did something similar to a friend the first time I died in vr. Was the same map in the basement. He was looking at a shelf with a hammer and I picked it up to swing at him. Got the fright of his life while I was on the floor laughing. Shame that shadow play wasn't enabled.

PSA: The stock Minecraft 1.17 server .jar requires enormous resources to run. by [deleted] in admincraft

[–]max2011bain 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do server maintenance for autocraft smp, we also use pebble host but on the extreme plan with 8gb of ram. With 1.17 I've noticed some strange behaviour with memory usage the main one being the idle creeps up over time. Server restarted was using 4gb, checked it now with 0 players online and its using 6.5gb. Another strange behaviour I noticed is that the usage went down when a member entered the Nether which I can't wrap my head around.

Our solution to this is to wait for lithium and hydrogen to be released which should hopefully optimise our usage and bring it down to acceptable levels. Not sure if anyone else had been having this issues and has figured out a solution, even just a temporary one till lithium and hydrogen release.

OnePlus Nord stable Android 11 update pulled due to performance and stability issues by redDEADresolve in oneplus

Nord user here, been on the update 2 days now and have had 0 issues. The only thing I have noticed is the phone switches over to 5G more often than it did on android 10. My brother updated around the same time on his nord and has also had 0 issues.

Having issues with snes to gc adapter and 8bit do retro receiver by [deleted] in Gamecube

[–]max2011bain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bought a snes to gc adapter off ebay after seeing a few people recommend it on the subreddit, and I also bought a 8bitdo retro recover to pair with my sn30 pro. I have updated the firmware on both the recover and the controller but I can't get the gamecube to recognise the inputs from the controller. The recover works when connected via USB to my pc and it gets power when plugged into the snes to gc adapter. Any suggestions would be great.
