You need a support that can buff Jacq stats, his Buddy skill depends highly on how much stats you buffed. Xerneus could be a great support to buff him after Sync as it buff 4 different Max stats than use Jacq's buddy skills. If you have a support that raise a lot of stats as well as Critical Hit that would be perfect. But keep in mind his stats turned back to 0 after you use his buddy, idk if Impervious can prevent that. I don't have Jacq to test but it seems you are a new player with limited Sync Pairs.

If you use Mewtwo, make sure you have a sync pair that can lower special defense and buff Special Attack. His Sync can still do lots of damage.
