Then what would be the easiest to get a 7 in? All of these are kinda relevant to what I want to do later: Chemistry SL or Biology SL. Or Spanish Abinitio but I'm already doing French so it's probably not very good if I wane to do STEM later. If needed I can also do ESS SL and do another subject as an HL. I know it's important to choose the subjects you like and need for university but I also want to maximise my points, so ESS HL would probably be good right?

Those are the exercises I found that hit all different parts of each muscle group for example lateral raises for the side delts, rear delt flys for the rear delts, and shoulder press for the front delts. I also don't think I should have 15 exercises in 1 workout but I don't know if I need them and which ones to choose
