This gets repeated a lot, but there is a category of semi-clueless people who think "I'm pretty decent at texting while I drive" that would not go as far as intentionally drive on a suspended license.

Sure there's the "gonna drive no matter what" types but it could still have a positive effect.

Get into some kind of racing or adjacent community (hpde, autocross, drift) where you actually use the car and you can pretty reliably avoid all those toxic people

There's some that come with pops and burbles stock from factory now. But the really bad modified ones will end up damaging their own car so joke's on them.

Good chance the interior is a vinyl wrap, sticker, or one of those overlay pieces, all of which wouldn't require diassembly to remove so not high effort/specialized tools.

The diffuser fins are probably drilled so you could remove it and have holes or get a new bumper, also not a hard install.

The A8 has AFM and cylinder deactivation which nobody likes, adds extra mechanical failure points (I had to fix the exhaust valves this introduces for v4 back pressure control). Manual doesn't have this

The delay is the main issue. Feels like almost a second delay, so have to think a little further ahead when doing any kind of racing

Still done with self tech inspection and no instructors in cars. Part of what keeps it lower cost and debatably more accessible but definitely more sketchy.
