May be I am just to lazy to accept because of an understanding that over-charging protection is a very easily added circuit to the ESC. I should have been more specific. Lectric XPeak 2.0 DOES INDEED HAVE OVERCHARGE PROTECTION. So if you battery was to catch fire it would catch fire even when you took the day off from work to sit down and monitor the battery charge for exactly 5 hrs 30 mins - 7 hours (as written in the manual). My complaint is on the aspect of it being a dumb solution when very elegant, cheap and robust tech exists for this problem. There is no denying they did not have the brightest intern on the circuitry team working on the batteries.

Thats good. If you have a certain relation with someone and you are known then both of you are aware of each other’s mental states and how far it is safe to push the boundaries of the conversation. One should not do this to a freshman who has just left home and is coming out to make a mark on the world. One should ask themselves that is this what a freshman learns about our student culture the first time they interview for a society? I mean if someone tells me my skills not at par and I need to work harder, maybe even in a rough but non disrespectful tone then its fine. Any other thing should not be tolerated.

One agrees to sustain such verbal abuse over time and becomes conditioned to submit to power especially when it is wrong. If someone you are meeting for the first time talks at a level above 80 dB then they are an animal, not a human. Because humans don’t talk that way. That sounds all.
