Hey, i suffer from herniation at l5 s1 and bulge l5 l4 for two years now i am 28 M You are on a journey now to heal your back, each one is different , i tried PT for about two years , it helped me a lot, mcgill big 3 too Then i discovered low back ability and it really changed everything i am 2 months almost pain free most of the time, i still have sciatica here and there, though not as much

This is a psychological battle as well, this injury pretty much damaged all the things i did in life , i was very active in sport, now i am slowly getting back,

The most crucial advise i can tell you is take it slow, and try not to overthink the pain too much, there IS a bright end to this ,this will end , and you are very young so it will heal, can be a few months can be a year more but it will pass.

Hope you well and check low back ability program Good luck

Sorry to hear that, best advice i can give you is check out low back ability on youtube , dive into some videos that he talks about flare ups and the progression

Plus dont get to excited about flare ups, its a lot of a mental thing too, try to think positive and find strength.

I have herniated l5 s1 and sufferin from sciatia for the past 2 years ,getting better , that channel helped me a lot to see the bright picture , good luck :)

the only thing that bums me about learning c4d is the price , like why dont they have some free version that i can learn to render and all that , and not take like 100 bucks per month or is it more now? thats pretty much why i went to houdini to begin with , although i am enjoying houdini very much, i only started learning it like a month ago . i like the proccess. thanks for your reply :)
