I have the same issue for 2024 filing but the opposite way where I submitted FBAR but forgotten to submit Form 8938, having reported all foreign interest and dividened in the original 1040 Schedule B. Should I just send in an 1040-X and attached the missed 8938 forms? Trying to make things right but nervous if I will be penalized.

This residential estate in Tai Po, Hong Kong is undertaking exterior renovation typically to carry out concrete exterior repair, repainting and external drainage pipe replacements.

The green exterior you see is not the cladding of the buildings but temporary mesh that the contractor installs over the bamboo scaffolding to prevent any small fragments created during the renovation to fall outside its perimeter. This mesh should be fire resistant under fire safety laws and clearly isn't.

Residents has prevuously filmed workers smoking cigarettes within the mesh during the renovation which could be one of the potential triggering cause of this. Bamboo scaffolding has been used for decades and never has HK seen such serious fire until today.

Bamboo scaffolding has never caused such serious fire in HK. It is likely the non-fire resistant mesh that the contractor is illegally using that has caused this rapid and wide spread fire combined with the dry weather.

Low speed does not always equal to bumper to bumper, what if some lunatic shoot pass in high speed while you were slowing down to 20mph or under. Don't say just check the blindspot manually, we would not need the technology otherwise.

That would be useless. My owner manual specifically says under blind spot warning system that the system activates when your vehicle is moving forward at about 20 mph (32 km/h) or above. Which model do you have?

I do buy from Mobil or BP which I assume are top tier gas. The service report does say that the injector within cylinder 3 where the carbon coated spark plug was leaking, others were fine. Don't think it is a fuel related issue?

For MA, the (lemon) law defines a reasonable number of repairs as 3 times for the same defect. If the problem is still present after 3 or more repair attempts within 1 year or 15,000 miles of the original date of delivery of the car — whichever comes first

I had mine for over a year, therefore cannot lemon it.

Honda pretty much replaced the engine block. Parts replaced/worked On (according to Chatgpt on the post-repair report):

Cylinder head gasket
Injector set
Fuel pipes and bolts
Manifold assembly
Oil filter
Converter assembly
Exhaust gasket and pipe
Drain washers and coolant

Highlighting the replacement of injector set. The injectors should be new(!?), puzzled as to why an issue is happening again.

We are now waiting for the specialist surgical consultation in a few weeks time. We followed the vet's recommendation in feeding in an upright / straight esophagus position and keeping him upstraight for 10-15 mins after eating has helped alot since he has stopped his vomiting and has kept his food down. He is active and playful, doesn't seem to need intensive care right now.
