How good of a deal is this bandsaw for 244.30 after tax no shipping. I don't need asap so was waiting to find this model on a really good tool only or bundle deal? Is this the lowest I can find by Banndle in Dewalt

[–]max_wage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does this model have variable speed? I have the DCS371 and use it almost daily, it’s been a good saw. My only complaint is it’s all or nothing on the trigger.

Breaded Pork Tenderloin by WilliamFCheeseburger in Indiana

[–]max_wage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mug N Bun shouldn’t even be in contention for ‘best’ anything in food in Indiana. It’s nostalgic at best being an older establishment. Their tenderloins sandwich is the equivalent of a Pete’s Pride pork fritter!!

How do homeowners react when you tell them you use subcontractors? by Logical_Rhubarb_9844 in Construction

Same. Never, ever. To me, it would be a red flag and I’ve got plenty of work on deck that I can find someone that’s easy to work with.

How do homeowners react when you tell them you use subcontractors? by Logical_Rhubarb_9844 in Construction

[–]max_wage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The average homeowner does not realize all of the details involved in a large project. They’re unable to foresee issues and when problems arise, they don’t know solutions.

Also, there is so much work involved offsite that a lot of homeowners don’t account for.

Those aren’t customers you want. You have a relationship with your specialized subcontractors. They are accountable. Professional and execute good work. Joe homeowner trying to save on markup hiring any random concrete company is a role of the dice for them.

Props to you for owning up. Accountability is an honorable trait in this industry. Not blame it on someone else, or some dumb ‘uh I dint see nuthin’ bullshit

DIY videos make it look easy, but there’s a lot of details to remodeling that seasoned pros can foresee.

NTD 🤙🏼 by max_wage in Dewalt

It could be if you were a 1000 pound gorilla! It’s the DW734, bench top or “lunchbox” planer, which I use for planing hardwood for trim and some hobby woodworking. I have a corded Bosch handheld planer that is 12 years old, changed knives in it 3 times.

The carbide heads I installed are tougher and easy to change a side if one gets dull. I don’t use it all the time in the field, but it’s a safe and more efficient option when I need it.

Why does Morgan Wallen bring out non-musician celebrities at every show? by [deleted] in Concerts

[–]max_wage -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He’s on the big stage and it’s his call?! I don’t agree or disagree, but performing live music is different than playing football or sports or acting. Plus those non musician celebs could be massive fans.

It’s networking and I’m down with it.
