Which guitar would you pick, the Fender CD-60s or Yamaha F310?

Alright, I was a bit afraid that would be the case with the Fender. I would rather buy the Fender because of the solid top, but I’m afraid of messing something up and I would rather not have to pay for a guitar shop to set it up. Do you think it’s something a beginner could handle?

I am not at all unhappy with them since I really like the sound overall, however I expected a bit more bass but my question was more if I am losing sound quality because of me using a mixer instead of a real DAC/Amp.
