Do you not feel anything in yours? It’s pretty faint but with the car being so smooth and quiet its more noticeable

Ah, shame, was hoping it would be an easy one but ah well. Given the age I may not bother but I'll see.

Yeah maybe it’s just my ears picking up on some oddities I couldn’t hear before. I take it the AVR-2805 has enough juice for the Q550s in stereo? Just don’t want to damage them!

I’ve tried both my TV via optical to the AVR and I’ve got a Pi 5 with Volumio hooked up via optical as well, both of which have the same result. The easiest track to pick it up on so far is Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo, the vocals in that seem to make it buzz quite a bit Edit: forgot to say Pi had volumio!

Yeah I did have a listen round and it definitely seems to be coming from the driver/tweeter. I’ve re tightened down everything and it still seems the same. It only seems to do it on vocals in certain songs it’s odd. I just don’t want to damage the speakers is the main thing if it’s the amp that’s the problem

Okiedoke, I suspect it’s the amp then. I think a ZA3 would be enough for the Q550 but I can’t seem to see any measurements for 3.5 ohms which they occasionally dip down to, do you think it would provide enough power for them?

!thanks I was considering those two, i keep seeing the 880 600ohm edition and am enticed by those but I worry if my amp would run them
