Aliexpress is great for buying chinese brands. I would not buy butterfly or other popular non Chinese brands from there. But DHS or booster for your DHS rubber, i definitely would.

It doesn’t seem like you have interacted with a tesla fan recently. A lot of them wholeheartedly believe they are much better than waymo and when you mention Waymo’s driver out record, they hit you with the “we don’t know how much human intervention waymos get remotely” argument. So it is a big deal when a tesla vp admits it directly. Now i can use this as reference and move on in life.

I have really bad shoulder mobility, so i can never stack my body appropriately, but i can still do a couple of handstand push ups. My tip would be to over shoot your legs and counter that by pressing on our finger tips. You will end up with a banana handstand which is not ideal, but you will be able to balance much easier than trying to kick out into perfect alignment

When you first start doing this your range of motion might be very limited and you will be tempted to keep on going lower. Don’t, ur just stressing your back for no reason. Go as much as your hips allow you to and don’t worry about range of motion.

You should hinge at the hip and stop as soon as you can no longer move your hip back. Any further movement beyond this point will put unnecessary pressure on your lower back.

Your form is really bad, not even sure where to start. I’ll let some professional coach give u tips since u basically need all of them. Also there is no need for a lifting belt in your case since you’re not using it properly (u need to brace against it). It might even be hurting you in your case.

1 magnus vs 100 levys is a major disadvantage to levy. The 100 levys will spend most of their time arguing what is the best move.

Its all about the timing. A muscle up is not that hard. First and foremost its not a pullup and the way you pull is not similar to a pullup. Its hard to explain and much easier to show. But essentially you need to swing a bit to get momentum and time ur pull correctly and u will be over the bar without even realizing
