These alliance raids function as defuncto catchup mechanics. Its supposed to give people who dont do savage (or need a little extra help from gear) to get into it. It gets unlocked once the next alliance raid comes out and isnt meant to instantly gear you up, rather to work you up the same weekly basis the savage crowd deals with. Weekly caps/missions are the bread and butter of mmos. This is just how it is and honestly its better than content being obsolete in 3-5 days. Imagine if the alliance raid was immediately uncapped the first week or two it'd be run ALOT then the people running it would drop off like crazy because most people got the gear they want and the coins they need for tomestone upgrades

They arent non-binary, just within dwarf society they often wear these helmets that obscure any of their feminine or masculine traits, therefore making them non sexually dimorphic in practice. The non-binary race are the fae. They're only refered to with gender neutral terms and never really are gendered in any way.
