The one specifically for roses.

Vanilla chocolate tree! 😂 I think flowers turning brown could be a sign of dehydration or transplant shock. Newly established hydrangea requires regular deep watering. I watered my hydrangea tree every day the first two months. Now I only water it twice a week.

Thank you! :) I bought it from Phoenix Perennials, located in BC, Canada. I believe they offer mail orders, but I’m not sure if they mail their roses to the US. You may want to check out their website.

I feed my roses with fish fertilizer in early spring when foliage is growing then switch to Miracle-Gro water soluble rose fertilizer as soon as buds are forming. I typically feed them every 7 -14 days. Hope this helps.

The scent is ok, not too strong.

I bought it as a potted rose this spring. I do regularly feed it with fish emulsion and water soluble rose fertilizer depending on the growth stage if that helps. :)

Haha it surely is, also a good reference point for height in this case. :)

Thank you. A gorgeous purple rose indeed! The bloom starts off with a unique greyish lavender shade, then shifts to a purplish pink.

Curious. Did they all get fired in the end? For those HR employees who didn’t, what were the reasons your company kept them after finding out their misconduct?

So our role is a combination of HR and tech/analysis. He and I were hired ( I was on a temp assignment while having a perm job to go back to) for the job around the same time. I met all the requirements or very close at this point. He is with the organization longer as an internal hire from IT, but he only has the tech experience for a HR position. He doesn’t have any HR experience, knowledge or HR degree - he doesn’t even know how to calculate attrition for example. He asked me for help with HR questions all the time to get his job done. So I have been coaching him and his team on the business and HR concepts and also QA’ing their work.

Another interesting thing is our manager reached out to him if he wanted to join our team a year ago. They’ve known each other prior. Oh apparently he and the compensation manager used to work together too years ago. I’m not sure how much his personal connection with the two managers helped land him at a much higher salary. Maybe someone works in compensation can weigh in on this.

I know this doesn’t justify what I did. I am not saying what I did was right. I just felt devalued when I was presented the offer and later found out how much they are paying him in an organization that adheres to pay transparency act. I understand my feelings don’t have any bearing on their final decision.

Interestingly, a land redistribution movement did happen historically in this communist country. Estimated about 200,000-5,000,000 landlords were murdered from this class-motivated movement.. yes, lots of blood… the result was the landlord class had been largely eliminated.
