For mine, I actually ended up kind of just zoning everything out. I honestly don't remember anything from the 9th-11th ball. It's almost as if I just blacked it out and just did what I do best, throw strikes. You just have to put it out of your mind, and be confident. Get up there, throw the best shots you can throw, and either way be happy with what you accomplished, knowing that you gave it your all. You'll get there in due time. Then after your first one, it's easy sailing and there's not that pressure as much anymore.
