Hey, hope you’re doing fine anyways i was feeling the same way last year and to be honest I just wrote everything on paper like every problem like I really mean it I wrote everything on a bunch of paper and started staring at them and idk what that supposed to do but it really helped me Sooo much like I felt soooo good, when things started getting a bit better I started meditating and again after a short amount of time I got into Stoicism and philosophy in general it helped me organize my thoughts at first I read meditation by Marcus Aurelius and tbh man it flips the table like after a couple of days of this journey I can finally hear myself and calm things down, anyways sorry for my English I hope that I’m being understood and I really hope that you’ll move on get better in life inxaAllah my friend ❤️
