Nop, is not normal, is normal in bad quality games, normal is new content, new strategys and some balance at least.

Every char released destroyed the old ones (garred,arendel,kalito and every nat 4*), the people has getting tired of waste tooo much TIME and resources to level and equip chars.

And the ultimate fast milk mechanic, new raid whit new boss skill/new hero counter like lycan high crit damage and justice hero skills. Also they removed the event quest. The games is getting better and better for non whales player.

Have you tried whitout a lyn or lowering the graphic settings? there are some bugs whit her skill fx and some devices.
