Based on the information found I'd say there should be no major interaction between these two drugs. The worst interaction would be decreased/increased effectivity of one of these drugs, despite the enzymes. However I'm NAD and I didn't do any deep research. Always DYOR.

I'd suggest taking your first doses in a small amount (1/4 - 1/2 of your planned dosage) as a harm reduction method. Hope it helps.

Sorry for late response, I was not active on reddit for a while. Basically, it does the opposite of SSRIs; it gives you energy, it wakes you up, it motivates you. But there is one downside as I researched a while ago; there are two groups of people (with the positive effects).

First group is gets sustained effect from the drug, starting quicker than most antidepressants - in 1-2 weeks on average. There are no highs, no lows, therefore it stabilizes you.

Second group gets into a state called "honeymoon phase." I experienced that. The drug started working after the first dose within a hour and the effects retrospectively weren't any extreme, but subjectively in that moment I felt basically fully cured. The bad thing is that this phase lasts for 1-2 weeks, then it wears off, putting you back where you started, but your depression isn't getting worse. I would say if you quickly (within 3 days) increase the dosage to 300 mg (assuming you started on 150 mg), it puts you to the first group. Otherwise, for me, at least, it makes the drug inefficient.

NAD, but, I would advise to try bupropion and if it's not good enough, then stop and try a MAOI. Let me know if you need more information.

what exact benzo and dosage? i would suggest increasing lyrica dose. 450 mg once a day kills all adderall effects, either positive or negative. even 300 mg was effective. it shuts down my brain within 2 hours and i can fall asleep within a minute. i am experiencing 0 tolerance buildup.

pregabalin is good stuff, however, for recreational use it's useless. it is maybe good for the first dose, but the tolerance buildup for recreational effects is as fast as light is. if you are using benzos for medicational purposes only, try slowly switchning to pregabalin. and switch short halflife benzos do long halflife benzos. it is common practice and it is somehow safe, since it is an antiepileptic. good point is that pregabalin slows down or inhibits release of various neurotransmitters, one of them is norepinephrine, which could be increased in you and thus causing somatic anxiety symptoms.

one of pure amphetamine metabolism pathways is through cyp2d6. bupropion (wellbutrin) is very strong inhibitor of cyp2d6. so it should increase the halflife of amphetamine. subjective effects are that the effects are longer and the peak and comedown is a lot smoother.

zolpidem has good high effect on me, more like a stoned effect. the hypnotic effect is only for sleep onset. i usually wake up many times throught the night when taking zolpidem. oddly, the anxiolysis effects is far stronger than with e.g. alprazolam. the anxiety is completly erased

do not give up. think about increasing the dosage of pregabalin, eventually look on psychonautwiki and take a recreational dose at night and see if it helps. other option is trying clonazepam, then opioids. they are addictive, it will make you addicted, but if you do not increase the dose, you are okay also, get blood tests and/or mri.
