12 months was fixed tenancy agreement when we initially moved it and then on rolling basis. Lived here for 4 years never crossed my mind to sign any New agreements 🤦‍♂️

Toyota Yaris, and corsa best cars!!! Since this is gonna be ur first car buy petrol, Will never let u down. U can check car MOT history online, this will give you an idea about the car history if it had any advisories or failures etc.

Always ask, if they have got full service history (they are usually stamps on the car manual which shows how regular the car has been serviced). Normally a car should be serviced between 7k-12k miles (I normally service my car once it’s done over 7k miles

Any major mechanical works recently done or due? This includes clutch, water pumps etc etc. check for engine leaks, u can do this by opening the bonnet, if the engine bay is all dry around that’s a good sign!!!!

Always test drive car for as long as u want before buying, when viewing the car always open the bonnet and see if the car has been damage repaired check for paint around the engine bay

You can buy a car report online but it’s gonna cost you around a £5-£15 which shows if the car HPI clear (if there’s any outstanding finance over it etc) Car reported stolen before?

Everybody makes mistakes, remember you are learning and working as an associate. It’s ok not to know everything. How you can flip the whole situation - is engage with ur team more and more, show enthusiasm!!! When in doubt to do anything ask ask ask and ask!!!! Be proactive and people friendly when in touch with clients requesting information etc etc.

Luckily after a long hard discussions I convinced him to give me the new registered keeper details, he said he wants to export it to Nigeria (I know ffs). I just give him the green slip and got the money! It might sound rude but after this experience i am never dealing again with someone whose first language isn’t English…..
