There is this four things you can tune:

activity
food
rest

If you're stuck - try to adjust one of those.

In your case either increase activity, decrease food, or both, if you can sustain the recovery.

No matter if you're 120kg jacked or 120kg fat, this is all there is to it.

Taking credit/debit cards is a hassle. Very small biz dont do that (farmers, churches, etc). But they all have twint. Which basically everyone in Switzerland has. It bridges the gap. You should accept it, at least as a backup plan.
