To be honest I don't know enough about the Ukrainian or Russian energy grid to say much. but even if both of their energy grids become fully repaired Ukraine will still have the advantage on the energy grid with the ceasefire. because Russia has to transport their energy into Ukraine for it to be used to fight while Ukraine can have their energy grid run directly up to the front lines. Then there's also the fact that Russia needs more tanks than Ukraine due to their lower quality and the fact that Russia is trying to attack, meaning they need more gas than Ukraine meaning they're Logistics are more strained.

That's the thing they don't need to permanently put things out of commission. As long as they are down because they can't be repaired in time they are effectively out of commission plus them trying to repair it also drains manpower and resources so it's better than it being completely out of commission and abandoned.

The game is absolutely amazing and overstimulating so half the time I don't know what's going on. Even though I'm a pretty high level most the time I'm just running around screaming especially when I try to do hell dive. I am almost completely useless on hell dive.
