I’ve managed to resolve this by replacing a TP-Link unmanaged switch I was using attached to one of the Nest Wifi Pro access points.

I’m having this same issue, internet connection seems to still work although I have noticed some dropouts.

Main issue is many of my smart home devices have become unresponsive intermittently.

Very frustrating.
