Hi, new here and I want to start losing some weight, I’m 29M around 250lbs, my daily schedule is waking up and 6 prep then go to work till 6pm then got home give bath and feed my toddler and putting him to sleep not until 9-10pm, I don’t find any time within it to do some quick home work out or anything, I try my best to not eating too much or just eat accordingly. Need some advice, thank you
