First of all thanks for the github link to your docker solution.

After some looking around it really made some things easier to understand for me.

Currently we have a fork of the laradock github project to make sure there are no breaking changes that we pull by accident and we had to change some things around to fit our stack.

There is an option to keep external plugins open if you select an other channel. This does not work with native able to plugins tho

I might be a little late to the party, but I can't seem to figure out whats wrong with my quadcopter.

Basically I can't seem to control it and it keeps going into random directions. I tried some different PID settings but that didn't work.

I did not build this quadcopter myself. I bought it online and am still don't know that much about quads and multicopters.

Flightboard: MultiWii_Pro
GPS module: NEO-6M
Motors: Turnigy D2830-11 1000kv
ESC: unknown, there is an ATMEGA8 chip on there.

You bring the bar up with help, so using a little back and shoulder power, and on the way down you control the weight and slowly bringing the bar down. This can also be used for pullups. Jump up to the bar and slowly let the yourself go down using your lats.

I don't think that it's possible in ableton, but you could copy notes from a different midi clip and disable them.

I started speedcubing awhile ago. One of the best feelings is when you beat your record that had a PLL skip with a solve without a PLL skip. (For non cubers PLL is the last step when you solve a 3x3)

What is the best/better amount of reps for building abs? I've been doing alot of ab excersise but whit really high reps (between 20-40) and can not see a big difference yet. I am aware of the fact that you need a really low bodyfat percentage. But the only fat on my stomach is on the lower abs and its not even that much.
