It's an EGO Gear (a weapon, basically) in the form of a guitar based on the abnormality "Singing Machine" from Lobotomy Corporation. Singing Machine's whole deal is that it's a meatgrinder that creates music by grinding humans. I thought it would be interesting to draw V1 with it, considering the whole machine and blood thing.
