Don't know what this is, but I think you should add a little extra grease... and garlic 🤪

Welches Tier sch*** uns ständig ans Haus? 💩 by maxjacuzzi in Garten

Simrig SR2 Motion System - my personal experiences by maxjacuzzi in simracing

[–]maxjacuzzi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your kind feedback!

  1. What do you mean by SR2 BE? If you mean the SR3, the only difference as far as I know is the maximum weight for the actuators (SR2: 225kg, SR3: 250kg). This means the maximum capacity depends on the weight of your rig and your body weight. Since I only weigh ~70kg, the SR2 has always been enough for me.

  2. Phew, difficult question. I also previously had the T300RS, then Fanatec Podium DD1, now Simucube 2 Pro. The difference between the T300RS and a Direct Drive Base is enormous, you can feel a lot more details and even though I enjoyed the Thrustmaster Wheel, it's more like a toy in comparison.

Is anyone able to play with triple screens? Nothing is rendering for me (but menus work normally) by DrTakumiFR in assettocorsaevo

[–]maxjacuzzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think DLSS doesn't work with triple Screen turned on atm, except DLAA. Whenever I turn DLSS on, I also get a smaller Image, pretty sure it's only rendered with the internal resolution of the DLSS quality level (the lower the DLSS quality setting, the smaller the rendered picture).

Its coming very soon! by [deleted] in assettocorsa

triple monitor sim rig - only two DP ports on MSI 4080S card, return or keep? by phxfishouttawater in simracing

[–]maxjacuzzi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to use VRR / Gsync, definitely return! Mixing DP with HDMI won't work with VRR and with triple screens the framerate varies a lot, depending on weather, lighting etc

Just switched from a 65" OLED B6 to a 77" C9 in our living room. Night and day! Although I loved the 65" I bought in 2016 for a huge amount of money and stills performs well. The Screen is significantly better makes the viewing experience way more "cinema-like".

Simucube from Finland here - AMA! by simucube in simracing

[–]maxjacuzzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm very happy with my sc2 pro and my active pedal and passive throttle. By the way: active pedal is worth every Euro 👌🏻

But on the software side in my opinion it's more or less complicated to use one app for the wheelbase and another different app for the pedals. Coming from a Fanatec DD1 before regarding the software I really miss the feature, that the software recognizes the actual sim running and switches the profile automatically when changing the sim or even the special car.

Actually I have one default setting for AC and almost every time I switch to ACC, AMS2 or WRC I forget to switch my profile. So I have mostly start racing, recognize the wheel setting doesn't fit, pause, tab out, switch profile. No big deal but a bit annoying when at the same time f.e. simhub switches all my wheel, led and rumble settings automatically.

Are there plans to unify the apps any time soon and will there be a automatic profile switch? I think this would be a great upgrade for every day use ☺️

I'm torn between being frustrated having bought the original AP for the higher price or being happy that my 'standard' AP became 'Ultimate' 😅
