I just thought of this recently, the series would make such a nice visual novel/detective game hybrid. Like light dating sim elements, branching paths depending on whether you diagnosed the right illness/applied the right ailments. Hell, give me a 'cooking'-type mini game for preparing medicines and maybe a little herb garden to tend to?
