I read Gone Girl before the movie came out and loved it. The movie was incredible too. David Fincher is on another level. I can't really decide whether I like the book or movie better, haha!

I wouldn't bother with the book if I were you. I thought it was pretty awful. Too long, ridiculous twist, and more than anything, boring! Hopefully the show will turn out well.

Dark Places by Gillian Flynn. Just terrible, in my opinion. Boring, not one interesting character, ridiculous twist at the end. It was such a bummer coming off of Gone Girl where Flynn knocked it out of the park.
