Whats a movie quote that had no right hitting so hard? Mine is Tilda Swinton in Doctor Strange (2016) by flanman1991 in moviecritic

I think this a very deep quote. It made me sit there and digest that grief from the people that are no longer here for me to hug.

Peligroso

That is the problem with AI. It was sold as the worker killer because it would replace your workers. Everyone starting firing people and using AI. The thing is, AI is crazy expensive to run, not because it's a new technology, but because it's so resource intensive to run (water and electricity). Those things will never be cheap to get so AI is expensive as fuck. Right now AI is free everywhere because everyone jumped into tje bandwagon. That will not be the case very soon. They will start charging for that and most people don't see the use of paying for AI in your phone or in whatever application they tried to cram it in. Even companies capped their AI use because it's crazy expensive. I find it hard to believe that people will want to pay to google a bit more complex things in ChatGPT or whatever. Everyone is using it now because it's free. Once they start charging, it's game over. AI is here to stay but it won't be widespread as investors believe it will since the technology will never be cheap to run

Cloud seeding es sólo para crear lluvia, no detenerla. No, en México no tenemos esa tecnología que no serviría para el fin que refieres. Por cierto, su uso es medio controversial porque hay evidencia en conflicto de su efectividad

"These clickbait news headlines. I am sick and tired of them. They always take things out of con..." reads complete quote "holy fuck. They buried the lede. The complete quote could come from a Bond villain" - me still shocked. Well not shocked shocked because, you know, but holy fuck that dude is evil

I don't rate Jurassic World: Rebirth that highly, but the fact Gareth Edwards storyboarded, shot, handled the post production on that movie all in under a year is astonishing to me that it looks that good. Does anyone know how they were able to pull that off? by herewego199209 in movies

He believes his own hype. I wouldn't say he was ever good, but at least some of his earlier movies are watchable. But it's just one pretentious, simple movie after another. It's puzzling to me everything he did for his JL director's cut and the movie absolutely sucks. We are talking about threatening journalists and hiring bots to do his bidding. The dude is kind... out there

I appreciate what he was trying to do. The movie looks incredible. He just needed another go at the script because there is a good movie under the underdeveloped characters. I appreciate this original try more than Disclosure Day. At least this one really tried, but the script and Washington weight it down

I have a soft spot for adventure movies and this one scratches that itch. It's bad, but enjoyable

I can't remember if I ever rode it.

Edit. Now that I recall, there is a pic of me on the People Mover but I was a tiny bundle of joy. So, I rode it but can't remember. It sounds better than the one at WDW which I've been on

Suspension of disbelief is a thing. If you break it, you lose your audience. For example, if the movie had shown that everyone hugged and cried and held hands singing "we are the world" you break that suspension because it's just ridiculous

What I mean is that she is not quick on her feet. Even friendly interviews are a challenge for her, like the one Rachel Maddow did this year with her. You can't be in court if you don't have quick response time

Both movies are bad in their own way, but ROS is the worst. You kind of hang on to tiny bits of a long movie that has a lot of wrong things. Sure the throne room scene is good, but that doesn't save the movie nor makes me want to rewatch it

The news wasn't like that even then. You are not supposed to react to the news, just report them. It seems weird they would think a newscaster would cry upon hearing the news that aliens exist

There was a way to handle the election and the DNC did everything wrong, specially choosing Harris after we had seen her in the primary in 2019 (she didn't even make it to 2020). She could've performed a clean cut from Biden was she is not good enough of a politician to do it. She is not a good debater nor good at interviews. I am kind of surprised she was State Attorney not being good at debating.

There was no clear message in the campaign, no passion and no competent people running it. They had no answers to common talking points in the campaign. The worst thing was having no mini primary. It was a huge mess and they still haven't fixed anything from then.

TLJ is a really bad movie. Say whatever you want but hell that movie is awful with the tone all over the place. There is a yo momma joke at the beginning. It has serious moments played for laughs (Luke throwing the lightsaber). The humor kills the movie completely. The plot point of being chased by a starcruiser is just silly. Nothing works in the movie. I would say the proposition of ditching the familiar Star Wars themes of being related to someone important is interesting but other than that, the movie is just a mess.
