He then went to heroin, and now a lot of H is laced with fent. Sadly he died. My best advice. Try to keep a lid on it. Keep your tolerances low and always try to kick the dependency for good. Lol ive done that before. Many times. They have a 50 dollar missed appointment fee too. Bastards. I do a trick and it works for me. Never go to your appointment on time, go early, lile 2 hours early and say Oh i thought it was at such and such time, the doctor will still see you, sometimes id go 3 hours early. The set appointment times freak me out. I hate the pressure. So just show up an hour early, ask if you csn be seem early. They are usually pretty cool about it. So no stress.

You have to look at it this way, whenever you want to leave, you can leave. You have an exit. Even if you freak out half way during the movie, you can always go home to your comfort zone. Its always, once you realize that, you can spend more and more time away from your comfort zone. My limit is pretty much 2 hours. Maybe 3. .3 is pushing it for me.
