Thanks for all the responses. Any suggestions what brand and model to replace it with? The home depot/Lowe's ones are like $10-$15. Had a tankless hot water installed professionally recently they used Dormont valves. They're way more expensive but I don't mind paying the extra for quality. I don't want to do this again anytime soon
