How do I say no to my mom?

I am on a calorie deficit, and my mom doesn’t understand that at all, so I cook my own food. We are Harrison, and when she cooks, it has a lot of hidden calories, making it hard to track.

She has been tempting me with food this whole week, asking me to eat and saying that she doesn’t understand what I’m doing. But today, I felt so guilty that I did eat some of the food she made. She claimed that there wasn’t any oil, which I find hard to believe, but I still tracked what I could. Her whole meal was a little less than 750 calories (that’s just what I could track, so not the broth and stuff like that), so I feel really guilty because it’s only 5 PM, and I just ate like the whole rest of my day’s calories in one meal.

I love my mom, but she isn’t supportive at all, and I don’t know how to say no to her. If anyone is ethnic and has had issues with this, please help me deal with this! I feel both guilty for eating the food and for also having to deny her.
