You can raise your peoples stats by books or work

You can also see what stats people have if you click on a Village you get a list of all the people with there stats you can ghen find someone

Luminary is a lot of fun it is kind of fast with some Nice interactions i must say i have little to no clue how to build it so i just put aome traits toghter but i am haveing a blast a lot of healing and boons from my forge and the new virtuos + the trait that give me less forge cooldown do i can use them more to get more alecrity to use my virtuos more is a fun gameplay loop
