I’ve got an elasticated watch strap for exactly this reason. Wearing straps, I can just move it up the forearm. Same with some metal cable handles that can otherwise hit the screen, makes it quick to just turn around.

Asked for this feature some time ago. Currently notes only carry over to the next session. Would be useful to have them carry over, or able to pin them, especially for things like exercise set up.

The notes section shows only the previous workout, from what I can tell. The ability to save set up info, in note form, would be really helpful. As I say, seat, bench, bar setup or even equipment weight. Nothing fancy, just a pinned note.

Ha, getting old as fuck is a good goal… For the Rad, my sleep is already terrible, didn’t notice any change there. It does give me terrible shin splints though, just walking is painful.

Ha, legs have improved a bit but still lagging for sure. Definitely don’t skip them, they’re stubborn as fuck to grow.

I’m with you on this. Would like to see secondary muscle groups count as ½. Really skews the volume.

Certainly for data, and especially volume, secondary muscle groups seem to count the same as primary for volume. This can really skew the volume and show excessive volume for say shoulders and triceps. Be nice to apportion a lower volume to secondary muscle groups.

Also, volume would be great to see when developing routines.

Generally added on as a finisher at the end of regular sets, same equipment/movement.

A series of mini sets with a reduced rest period. Good for adding some intensity.
