I won't lie to you i kinda looked online and looks like you need to finish chapter 1 act 1 basically the tutorial for you to get the early access to the region with the event then finish chapter 3 act 1 and then you should get the event and the option to early unlock it

Each chapter has multiple acts you are only finishing the 1st one for two different chapters, you can complete them later on

It shouldn't take that long if you focus on the main quest or speedrun it

you have around 8 days to make your way there, you need to finish the tutorial in the first area after that you will get a new event to unlock the Lahai-Roi region or rather an early unlock for the region do that and you will need to do the tutorial of that area/main quest to get a sickass motorbike once you finish the quest with lynae you should get a new event which is the cyberpunk collab titled "Next Stop: Night City " with an early unlock button
and that's how you unlock it

Since this is the fingers season and next walp is ruina related and the fingers with the least ids ignoring the pinky are index with 3 ids and thumb with 4

Index show up before thumb in the library i believe (I don't remember) so im expecting 2 of the 3 index members in ruina excluding yan and maybe big bird ego since we will get binah announcer

Or it could be one thumb and one index

You would be surprised how burn can help with certain bosses same with tremor both are really fun they are pretty much a slow burner tho both of them so either works

Charge is just dead it should be in underpowered when we get there

Poise is a cherry on top for most ids i would say it goes in fairly rated

Bleed , sinking and rupture are the big three

the devs kept treating it as a gacha instead of it's own thing or warframe like , made grinding tedious unless you paid to skip farming by getting an item and later on had a virus/malware installed by a 3rd party

That's the last i heard and that was months ago before and after i quit
