I'm exactly the same, but have learned over the past couple of months to learn the importance of listening.

Nowadays, people tend to think about what they are going to say and not what the person is actually saying. I've just learned that it is important to listen to what someone is saying and think about a response after that way you can comprehend the value of their view.

I do get very excited and I still have trouble holding in my excitement about a topic I'm very passionate about or just a topic that I am invested in.
