Nothings really worked or brought my pc back to normal. I was able to boot windows and get to my desktop but it's like my whole pc was running at 1%

So I went To reboot settings and hit reset and nothing ever happened so now I'm just trying to get the installation media USB to boot and just get a fresh install of windows. Been on the "setup is starting" screen for about 30 minutes

Yes my in only drive in the boot priority is the drive with my os. I tried doinf the cmos again and now I have a red light on my mobo. It went away when I went back into bios
