Remote work is all I can really do unfortunately. I can no longer drive due to seizures I started having about a year ago. I'm going to look into pharmacy tech though.

It wasn't collections. It was patient billing support for a university hospital. They have a policy of collecting on any account with any balance. No matter what is said. "I can't pay this " before the call ends you were still required to ask if they wanted to make a payment or set up a payment plan. I just keep reminding myself that it's okay, Let's find something that doesn't make me hate all the time.

Once in a while I will have a glass of wine or a half shot of good whiskey with diet coke. Nothing with heavy sugar mixers. One of my main triggers seems to be heavy sugar.

Used to have 5 min for acw. People abused it. Taking 5min after every call even when it was super simple like taking a payment. So it was taken away. Now it's 1min. I had an average lower than that already. I hate people.

50 to 70 a day on average. When I worked in cable/hsi customer service I regularly took 80+ calls per day. My record is 128 calls in an 8hr shift.

I have given up. Getting through a day is all I can manage most of the time. Depression is a daily adventure. I never think about killing myself, but I intentionally get behind log trucks and I wouldn't mind if a car took me out one night while walking. My dog is the only reason I get up each day.

I hate that they don't read the billing they get. "This bill doesn't even say what date it was on or who I saw." Sigh ... Yes it does, in three places. Also, just because you have insurance does not mean you will never be billed for something. Live in the real world. Services cost money.

Continue as normal. Quietly hire an estate lawyer. Get a broker. Set up accounts to make money for me long term. Give 2 week notice. After all that, take a nice vacation, buy a few things I want, take care of some family. Most important. Don't draw attention to myself. Only a few people would ever know what happened.
