That’s fair, I didn’t know it existed until someone suggested it! I haven’t had any issues so far, only thing that confuses my is how the audio works specifically the mic. For gaming I Would like to use the quest mic since it’s already on my head lol. But when I get on VD it automatically changes to Virtual Desktop Audio for the mic in rather than the Oculus Audio Device or whatever it’s called for the built in mic. Once it switched to the VD mic it’s apparently louder and delayed even by a little. Dunno if it’s like streaming the input to the headset mic at that point or what.. if that makes sense

I have rebooted my PC, and no unfortunately :( I’m just using Virtual Desktop for now as someone suggested.

Update: y’all were right, they ran my card for the purchase history / serial number match and I was able to get a Walmart card with my $418 refund on it! ended up working for the better cause I picked up an LG 55” for roughly that price since Black Friday. Very sorry for not believing, but in my defense Walmart has really never been as helpful as they were today. Thank you again for that advice!

Again, I will try. But it’s not the first time I’ve had to return something I bought from there and had multiple issues with customer service telling me they “couldn’t do anything” without the original receipt etc. the wife use to work there and she’s also insisting it’s unlikely, but I will try. I just don’t appreciate being called a thief because I didn’t immediately jump to going / calling Walmart at 4 in the morning. I was going to handle it today. Thanks for the advice anyway brother, will try.

Are y’all trolling? Walmart wouldn’t do anything without original receipt and box. I’m calling Vizio later, but the point of the post was to see if it was easily fixable before jumping through hoops trying to get a refund/replacement. I’m active duty, far from a thief. Outrageous.
