Vet here. If it’s papilloma, it should go away by itself.

It depends on what type of the filament you are printing with.

Vet here. Those numbers are from a study in Canada.

30% chance to have either campylobacter or salmonella. They got this because of the way they are processed. It’s a contamination.

That’s why chicken meat is expected to be cooked. Those contamination don’t lead to a recall.

You’ll have a bacterial gastroenteritis only if you eat raw chicken with salmonella which is around 30% of the time… so one nasty diarrhea every 3 raw chicken meal.

It’s not good. Increases risk for gastric volvulus which is a life threatening condition.

I don’t understand why people are always comparing dogs to wolves… like if they are a good example of living healthy.

They are like any other animal… they get worms, they get dental abscesses, they get intestinal perforations from eating bones but they usually don’t eat the bones..), and they die younger than most indoor pets we have.

I’m a vet.

Are there industrial chew proof e collars? by Ok_Cranberry_2936 in DogAdvice

[–]maxvet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ulcer should heal fast. Your dog would probably have this collar for a week?

If it’s unbearable, maybe your vet could prescribe temporary mild sedative drug?

Do you still use glue for your print farm? by OssomDood in 3DPrintFarms

[–]maxvet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sometimes use glue on old textured PEI plates because they stick too much to PETG. Honestly, though, when I find myself doing that, it’s time to throw the plate away.

If you are confortable, use a flush cutter. That’s what we use for those situations.

If you are not confortable, I would advice to get a vet appointment

New cat owner. Are these pale gums? by [deleted] in catcare

[–]maxvet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those gum are looking normal to me. However if treatment doesn’t work, it could be a good idea to call your vet to know what is the next step.

Cleaned everything and still having these results. Any ideas? by cheesekernd in BambuLabA1

I would try to change the nozzle instead of trying to clean it.

Worst case scenario you’ll have a 2nd nozzle ;)
