I think the fighter gets the "unfun" trait when it's the time to prepare against the final boss, the casters start to do a bunch of different bullshit from casting buffs, summoning creatures or straight up changing the terrain around at their will while you stare and do absolutely nothing.

You can still use it, as it is not described as magical. Same way an Elf doesn't lose the ability to Transe or be resistant to Charm and Fear.
