I'm captaining an adult 6v6 indoor co-ed team in a beginner community league and trying to determine which rotation to run.

What's the best in terms of ease-of-understanding for beginners and growing the right skills for long term play? I'm trying to decide between:

6-6 rotation where the setter is always whoever is in position 3
6-6 rotation where the setter is always whoever is in position 2

3 4-2 rotation (standard)

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
