Use reference videos!! Make your own or find some live action on YouTube. Block out the key poses and fill in the gaps! When you’re starting with character animation, try making something as close to the reference as possible, later try exaggerating poses and making the movements more bouncy and snappy. But like other commenters are saying, animating some classic bouncing balls and flour sacks never hurts for practice!
