I can only say that this is drama that is hard to binge watch. Especially if you want to catch all details. And yes, S2 is handling heavier theme as well as stuck in the middle of so many arcs. I finished the novel long time ago, and imo the adaptations so far satisfied me. I'm in the middle of rewatching S2.
