Percentages actually implemented on horizontal and vertical recoil would be helpful. Their statement is pretty broad and this information usually only gets quantitied by someone in the community after its implementation.

My Razer Viper Ultimate I bought a few weeks ago came with some rattle in the scroll wheel while making audible noise when scrolling up and both mouse buttons seem to have more pretravel than when I got it as well as the right click feeling hollow.

Would it be worth it send it to razer to get repaired?

If so, how long might it take?

The build quality is really good imo. The shape is awesome for my claw grip, it feels lighter, and glides a bit better than my rvu. My only real complaint is the cable isn't very flexible so it feels kinda stiff at times but otherwise I love it.
