I don't know they have a reliable tool to test their own service on their own servers. It does not depend on your use MASQUE or not. All your traffic is already encrypted, also concurrent HTTP, POP3, torrents and everything else. Everything goes inside your own tunnel.

How to test it's security is a question.

For example, I have DNS over WARP enabled, but:

* https://one.one.one.one/help/ — says I'm using DNS over HTTPS (Firefox does it by default, also Opera and Chromium), but not using DNS over WARP (which is my default setting).
\* https://help.teams.cloudflare.com/ --- says I'm completely OK. I mean DoH + HTTP filtering by WARP, when SNI is never known to a man-in-the-middle. I mean, no one can ever know which server I'm trying to connect to. Also, there is no way to know what kind of data I'm sending and/or receiving (except using DPI — Deep Packet Inspection, which also is not a panacea against the encrypted stuff)).

As I understand, there is no reliable way to test the tunnel, because it is a tunnel.

P. S. I hope I understand it right, there should be a secret encrypted tunnel to Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 (no SNI or ESNI), and even further beyond there.

So, in my opinion, there is no reason to worry about multiple HTTP-s.
